Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026 · Disclosure version v1-2026-08-16

FirstReply is operated by Sebanc&Co LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Indiana, United States. This policy covers the one form on this site and nothing else — there is no advertising network here, no analytics script, and no third-party tracker of any kind.

What the form collects

When you submit the Lead Leak Audit form, we store exactly the fields you filled in:

Two further fields are submitted with the form and are deliberately not stored: a hidden decoy field that only automated submitters fill in, and the number of milliseconds between the page becoming interactive and your pressing Send. Both are used once, to decide whether the submission came from a person, and then discarded.

The consent record

Ticking the consent box creates a second, separate record whose only purpose is to prove what you agreed to and when. It stores:

The disclosure this version of the site shows is:

By submitting this form, you agree that Sebanc&Co LLC may contact you by phone, text message, or email about this inquiry using the information you provided. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.

Separately, and only to rate-limit the form against abuse, we store a salted one-way hash of the submitting IP address. That hash cannot be reversed to an address and is not linked to your lead record.

What we do with it

We contact you about the inquiry you sent us, by phone, text message, or email, using the details you provided. A copy of the submission is emailed to us so someone actually sees it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to an unrelated mailing list.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores the records above; submission alerts are sent through Resend. Text-message replies are sent through our telephony provider. Each of those sees only what it needs to do its job.

How long it is kept

Lead records are kept while you are a prospect or a client, and for two years after our last contact, so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Consent records are kept for four years after the consent was given, which is the period over which we may need to evidence it. Rate-limit hashes are kept for hours, not days.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to end texts immediately. To see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email jaxsonsebanc@gmail.com and we will action it and confirm. We will delete the lead record on request; where a consent record must be retained as evidence, we will tell you so and say when it expires.
